Jurissa Financial Holdings Inc. is a holding company incorporated in Puerto Rico and its primary asset is 100% ownership of Jurissa International Bank Inc.

Jurissa International Bank has received a conditional license and is in the process of raising $6 million of capital, hiring staff, securing premises, obtaining computer systems, generating policy and procedure manuals, and implementing an off-island disaster recovery facility. Once the bank can physically demonstrate that each of these requirements is in place and that its staff can operate the bank in accordance with its business plan, the regulator should grant it permission to operate, and it will be licensed to take deposits and make loans.
